Sunday meets omega threes
Ive got fish in everything now that im working hard to lower my triglycerides..
Tonights salad is tomato, micro cilantro, onions, shallot, and white anchovies…with sherry vinegar

Had a shrimp burger and a corn/pepper salad..

All was good
Just so everyone knows….it worked. I don’t know if it was the addition g lots of fish or losing the red meat (I did both)….but my triglycerides went way down!
